Why I Stopped Working Out

Before I Left California To Be In Florida For Tax Season I Was Working Out 5 Days A Week.
Doing 30-60 minutes On My Exercise Bike & 25 Minutes Of Yoga.
Once I Got To Florida My Workout Schedule Dwindled To Zero Workouts A Week, & In February I Fell & Hit My Right Knee Which Set Me Back 6 Weeks.

I Tried Rehabbing My Knee By Doing Squats & Lunges But Soon Lost Motivation. Currently My Knee Still Isn't 100% But I Trust It Enough To Do My Squat Challenge & Ride My Exercise Bike. I Haven't Had Any Knee Pain Since About Week 2 Or 3.

Lunges Are One Of The Hardest Exercises For Me To Do Consistently. I Get So Sore After Lunges That I'm No Good For Days. This Challenge Is The Easiest Lunge Challenge That I Could Find Online Aside From Creating My Own. I Have Faith That Once I Finish My Squat Challenge This Will Be A Breeze.

The Orthopedic Specialist I Saw After My Knee Injury Recommended That I Do Physical Therapy To Strengthen The Muscles Around My Knee. Without Equipment Lunges Are A Good Way To Build  Those Muscles

The Muscles Of The Knee Include The Quadriceps, Hamstrings, & The Muscles Of The Calf.
